The director was kind and gave a detailed, delicate consultation. They also set the line several times on both sides, checked my eyes really thoroughly, and explained in detail what surgery was needed. They explained not only the surgery, but also the structure and bone framework around my eyes in detail, so I felt I could trust them. Since it was my first surgery, I had a lot of concerns and worries, but before the surgery the director looked at everything carefully several more times and explained things again, which helped me feel reassured. Even after entering the operating room, they checked the line again. They really examine things meticulously. Not only the director, but also the consultant and staff were kind, so I was able to have the surgery comfortably. The swelling after surgery was really on the low side, and there was no pain. After the surgery, opening my eyes became so much more comfortable.
