Even though it seems like they don’t do any separate advertising at all, they seem to have become really well-known by word of mouth, so even if I didn’t have surgery here, I really wanted to visit at least once. There were so many comments saying they were unfriendly (especially the staff, not the director), so I was worried, but maybe the staff changed; there were two young women there, and I didn’t really get the feeling that they were that unfriendly. The director was also quite kind. He joked around and was humorous, just kind of like an older man who feels like he could be one of your dad’s friends. I went to consultations at five double-eyelid surgery clinics in total, including this one. At the other four, they said I absolutely needed epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction. But here, he said I didn’t need epicanthoplasty and didn’t need ptosis correction either, so I was very confused ⋯ (I could maybe understand the epicanthoplasty, but without using my forehead I can barely open my eyes properly, yet he said I wouldn’t be doing ptosis correction either.) He explained the reasons one by one, so I did understand.. But I still wonder if it’s really okay not to do them. I heard the director is on the conservative side, and honestly, if he says you need canthoplasty or ptosis correction here, that must be a case that truly needs it(?) The line he designed for me was also very good, and he set it exactly to suit my face and image. He mentioned quick buried-suture double eyelid surgery, said the operation takes 20 minutes, and that they make 4 holes. Visit on surgery day + 1 stitch-removal visit, so 2 visits total. For the price, I was told quick buried-suture surgery alone is 1,000,000 won in cash and 1,200,000 won by card. (As of May 2025.) I prefer an inner-double-eyelid style and a natural look, and I really, really hate it looking obvious that I had double eyelid surgery, so the line itself was fine. But as many people say, when I look at reviews, the fixation all seems strong and the line looks deep... Would it be okay if I do a very thin line? ㅠㅠ So I’m debating it. If it weren’t for that, I probably would have done it here right away.. I don’t know, I’m so torn...
