My eyes originally had no problem, but I got greedy and thought I’d look prettier if more of the front part of my pupils were exposed, so while getting revision incisional ptosis correction, I also redid my double eyelid surgery with an incision. But until week 2, the swelling was going down well, so I was satisfied. They said lenses and eye makeup were allowed from week 2, so in week 3 I wore contacts and did eye makeup. The next day, suddenly my right eye, where the ptosis correction had been opened more, swelled up like it did on day 5; the double eyelid line did. Since the double eyelid line swelled, less of my pupil showed too. I thought it would be temporary and waited, but the problem is that now it’s almost been two months since surgery, and it still looks exactly like that day when the swelling got worse after going down ㅇㅅㅇ Has anyone had ptosis correction swelling go down well and then suddenly get worse or swell up again like me?? The clinic says it’s the proliferative phase, and from week 2 to month 3, the torn tissues reattach and the scar becomes stronger, so it’s normal for ptosis correction and double eyelid swelling to go down and then swell again, and they told me to wait until month 3. But even now in month 2, there is not even 1 bit of difference from the 3rd week when the swelling came back; it’s swollen exactly the same, so I’m freaking out… Only one eye’s swelling had been going down well and then suddenly got worse, so now my eyes are extremely uneven. Has anyone like me had ptosis correction swelling go down well during the settling process and then suddenly get worse or swell up again?? I’ve seen many cases of people worrying because swelling won’t go down, but I haven’t seen cases like mine where swelling went down and then got worse and won’t go away, so I’m so anxiousㅠㅠ I seriously don’t want to live. Why did I touch them? Every time I look in the mirror I just sigh, I can barely go outside, and I’m so stressed…
