I think it's been about 16 days.. About 3 years ago, I had silicone and cartilage inserted, but this time I only removed the silicone. There was almost no swelling, to the point that I could have returned to work right away on the same day. At first, it looked so broad and flat that I was surprised and shocked, but once the swelling went down, it looks a bit better. For the first few days there was a little blue bruising, then it disappeared quickly, but after a week the bruising suddenly seemed to stand out again.. It still tends to hurt when I touch it while washing my face or putting on makeup. Also, when I wake up in the morning, my nose feels like it's being pulled and feels completely blocked. I'm worried that the scar tissue seems to be getting bigger, but I'll keep watching it and leave another review. For a few days after removal, I was very depressed, but now I'm okay. The nurse said it will get flatter from now on and the nose shape will drop too, and it really feels like the shape is changing day by day. Taking photos every day, I can feel the changes little by little. Still, after removing it, I feel like my original nose shape wasn't that bad, and lately I've even been told that my facial expressions somehow look more comfortable, so I think I did well to remove it.
