Even when the nasal tip has been raised a lot

In my case, my nasal tip was raised way too much. It’s also really obvious and too pointy, and because the tip was raised a lot, my nostrils used to be round but became long like kidney beans. My nose also became longer and looks slightly upturned.. I definitely think they made my nasal tip longer than an average person’s, whether it’s the support strut or the tip.. My tip was done with septal cartilage, so in my case, if I remove the nasal tip, would there be a big effect? How much would it go back to the way it was?
