Photo from day 1 after removal. When I lightly touched the bridge of my nose, it felt soft, and the nasal tip is a bit like that too, but it hurts when I touch it. I reconfirmed with the doctor and asked again whether my nostrils would become uneven and what would happen to the ear cartilage, but he did not say much, so I am still anxious ㅜㅜ On the operating table, it was over in 10 minutes for me. I did not feel anything when it was being removed, just the feeling of being stitched, so I thought, ah, the silicone must be out. But when they gave the anesthesia, it hurt so much that it almost made me cough. With tears coming out, I promised myself I would never fall into the swamp of plastic surgery again. Since I was sending off the silicone that had been inside my body for 8 years, I wanted to see what it looked like, so I asked the doctor to show it to me after surgery. After I got down from the operating table and fixed my hair, the nurse showed it to me. Unlike what I had imagined, it was very soft and quite thin. It really felt like one of those silicone spoons babies use. Right after surgery, I got one antibiotic injection and one anti-inflammatory injection. Right now the taping is on firmly, so I have no sense of it at all. They said the taping will be kept on for about two days in case water or blood pools, and told me to come again tomorrow for disinfection. I feel relieved inside, but I am also worried because I am anxious about how the shape will turn out.. Since I had a slight hump shaved down..ㅠㅠ They said there is no note about a hump in the chart, so they probably barely touched it, but I am still anxious. For now, I am leaving a detailed record of today’s condition. I used to come into this community every day and read silently because I was desperate too, so I want to leave progress reviews.. If everything gets better later, I will take the photos down.
