Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

What should I do?

Hello, The tip of my nose sticks out more than the bridge, which looks so awkward, so I had the support structure at the tip removed. But the tip is still projecting forward. The cartilage had been brought forward and supported from underneath. I ended up in such a mess because I only had the tip done without putting anything into the bridge. If I remove this support structure, will it go back in? Or do I need to have another surgery to move it back? I thought that if I only removed it, it would go back. The attached photo shows how the cartilage is protruding forward. For reference, the support structure had been placed in a C-like method. The tip is still protruding more than the bridge... Please reply quickly. Also, the first plastic surgery clinic said they used septal cartilage, but what was taken out at the place where it was removed was silicone. Isn't that outright fraud? What should be done about such an unethical doctor? I am keeping the removed silicone, and I recorded the phone call in which I contacted the doctor who performed the first surgery and asked whether he had really inserted septal cartilage into my nasal tip. The first plastic surgeon still thinks I don't know.
