I’m planning to remove my nasal septal cartilage, and I’m wondering when is it possible after the first surgery??' Is doing it 6 months later the best? And is removing nasal cartilage difficult? ㅜㅜ It would probably be better to have the removal done at the hospital where I had surgery in the first place, but they made my nose into such a weird nose that I don’t trust their skill ㅠㅠ If simple cartilage removal is easy, fine, but if it’s a high-difficulty surgery, I wonder if it would be better to do it somewhere else..ㅠㅠ If anyone has had it removed or plans to have it removed, and knows a hospital famous for removals, I’d be really grateful if you could let me know,, Please help me.. It’s really so hard and exhausting... And if you remove the septum, won’t the tip of the nose droop compared with the original nose before surgery?ㅠㅠ I had surgery to lift my nose tip, but instead my nose tip went down more than before surgery,, According to the doctor, it’s because the septal support strut sagged, but in cases like this, if you remove the cartilage, will the nose tip rise back up like before??
