2 months ago, I suddenly really wanted rhinoplasty, so after thinking about it for a few days, I immediately decided to have surgery and got 3 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and septal extension for the nasal tip. My face is naturally on the long side, so they said if my nose is low, my face looks even longer, and that lifting the nasal tip would make my face look shorter, so I had the surgery.. I hate looking obviously surgically enhanced, so I asked them to make it as natural as possible. But although the shape seems okay enough, maybe because it’s septal cartilage, my nose really feels hard. And more than anything, the silicone was shifted to the right. The doctor said that after surgery, because my nasal bone was originally asymmetrical, he had intentionally placed more on one side, but recently, when I went for my 2-month postoperative follow-up and he looked at my nose, he said it seems like the silicone is probably crooked and that I could get it corrected again But ever since getting nose surgery, I don’t think there has been a single day when I didn’t regret it. Something feels unnatural and not like myself, and when I take photos, I only see the crooked silicone My nose is hard, so I’m always anxious someone might touch it Right now I want to take it out immediately, but they say that’s only possible after 6 months, and it won’t return 100% to how it looked before surgery, and because they slightly removed fat too, the skin may become bumpy The doctor says it would probably be better just to change the silicone position..... but I’m worried it might become crooked again Looking at removal reviews, contraction or capsular contracture can happen, and there are so many scary posts saying the nose collapses and things like that so I really can’t do this or that, and I feel really depressed.. If anyone has removed a septal support graft and silicone, are you satisfied after removal? If there’s one thing I gained after surgery, I think I learned that there are many things in the world more important than external beauty..... Ah............... I have to wait about 4 more months How am I supposed to live.. looking this crooked.. I have to work too, and I feel lost... I can’t even tell the people around me What should I do
