Removal day 46 review

It has been one month and 16 days since removal. To be honest, compared with other people, I think my recovery process after removal has been on the easier side compared with others. Though it’s still something I don’t really know how it will turn out yet.. To start with the conclusion. It seems like I don’t have the contraction period that many people worry about after removal. After removal, I had no feeling at all of the nose lifting up or tightening. I wrote a removal review once before. As I said then, I’m a very sensitive person. Even after rhinoplasty, more than anyone else, I noticed every tiny symptom of how my skin reacted to the wounds. But during recovery after removal, there has been none of that at all. If there is one thing that bothers me a bit, even during my rhinoplasty my nose was insanely hard. Even now, my nose is hard. Since it has only been about a month and a half, I think I’ll need to wait a bit to see until it softens.. I already recover slowly and develop scar tissue easily, and maybe it’s because the nasal tip was touched several times. I’m thinking it might not soften as much as I’m hoping from its current state... I had thought about getting a scar-tissue injection. But they say that also has various side effects to consider, so I’m also thinking maybe I should be satisfied just with not having silicone~ and live with it somewhat hard. I think I need to keep watching it a little longer. Ah!! The reason I included the before-removal photo is... It seems like many people who are only 1-2 months after rhinoplasty are worried because it looks too obvious they had nose surgery, and are considering removal in a hurry. I wanted to show what my nose looked like at 5 months. Even up to 5 months, my nose looked very silicone-like, high, and pointy like that. I went through a lot emotionally....b I did get a pretty and sophisticated impression, but it looked like a nose that had only recently had rhinoplasty. Or like it was really loudly showing that I had rhinoplasty.... It was that kind of Gangnam plastic-surgery-looking nose. But really, time is medicine, time is medicine, and as I waited, (though it was a time of tears....b) it changed naturally like in the 7-month photo. It no longer looked pointy or that high from the front. The silicone had shifted a lot to one side, so it was crooked, but.... Compared with before, the shape of the nose was very natural, so I didn’t even care about something like it being crooked. No... to be more honest, every time I took photos, I did feel bitter. But... It’s better to look natural even if it’s a bit crooked than to look like a plastic-surgery woman. People don’t really notice anyway. That was the level of acceptance I reached.b For anyone worried because the nose shape is too unnatural or because it is too high, I really want to say that you should definitely wait at least 6 months and think carefully about removal too. Because the process of deciding on removal and waiting for recovery is not easy either. I think thinking in a direction that reduces touching the nose as much as possible is good for both nose health and mental health. If you wait.. if you really wait, it becomes natural. And the side-profile photos below are photos I took today. Photos from day 46 after removal. I originally have an upturned nose, so it looks slightly lifted. Even before rhinoplasty, my nose was lifted about that much. So I don’t think the nose lifted because I developed contraction separately.. Since I haven’t had many notable symptoms after removal, I don’t know whether this will help. Still.. I wanted to, so I’m writing a review. I hope it helps even a little.
