I had revision rhinoplasty, used autologous costal cartilage, and had it done using the septum and silicone. But when I had my first surgery, even on the day the splint was removed, I lived without ever feeling like my nose was pulling to one side, and breathing was comfortable too! But this time, even now on day 19, when I turn my head left and right, I feel like it’s pulling to one side, and I don’t know if it’s the nasal mucous membrane, but something inside is really swollen. Is this normal?? Is it worse because they used the septum? Is there anyone here like me ㅜㅜㅜ
