I had revision rhinoplasty, used autologous costal cartilage, and had it done using the septum and silicone. But when I had my first surgery, even on the day the splint was removed, I lived without ever feeling like my nose was pulling to one side, and breathing was comfortable too! But this time, even now on day 19, when I turn my head left and right, I feel like it’s pulling to one side, and I don’t know if it’s the nasal mucous membrane, but something inside is really swollen. Is this normal?? Is it worse because they used the septum? Is there anyone here like me
