Revision rhinoplasty

I had nose surgery 1n years ago, and because I wanted to refine the shape more beautifully, I went to 7 consultations for revision surgery this time. Ultimately, I like 3 places. But the three places have slightly different opinions... I'm torn. For my primary surgery, I used Silitex for the nasal bridge + septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and the Gore-Tex part used on my nasal bridge has calcified. The nasal tip has drooped a lot. Could you look at what I heard during the hospital consultations and share your opinions?? I'm torn.. The nose I want is definitely a straight nose with a high nasal tip. Clinic A - Cost fits my budget, silicone for nasal bridge / autologous costal cartilage for nasal tip. Natural yet defined           A lot of scar tissue formed inside the nose, so it needs to be removed.           Not a difficult nose; recommended a straight-semi-straight line close to straight           Did not recommend any other materials Clinic B - Cost way over budget, the director's aesthetic matches mine. Natural yet defined to slightly glamorous           Recommended silicone overlaid with Megaderm (donated dermis) + autologous costal cartilage           The Silitex used in the surgery 1n years ago has calcified and severe adhesions are expected,           so when removing it, a lot of inner tissue may be removed and the silicone may show through; recommended overlaying a thin layer of Megaderm on top of the silicone. <--- The part that confuses me because the opinions differ           Recommended a straight nose because the straight nose I want suits my face. Clinic C - Over budget, aesthetic matches. Pursues natural results           Recommended silicone + autologous costal cartilage; after opening up the autologous costal cartilage, if there is a lot of calcification, there is a possibility of switching to 2 pieces of donated rib cartilage.           My skin is not on the thin side and has some thickness, so I don't need Megaderm. <--- The part that confuses me because the opinions differ           Recommended a straight-semi-straight line close to straight. Cost-wise A fits, and when I went around to 7 places, most opinions were the same as A. When I went to B last, they said that removing the Silitex and tearing off the severe adhesions could remove a lot of tissue, so the silicone might show through, and they recommended overlaying a thin layer of Megaderm on top of the silicone. But the cost is expensive, so I'm debating. I thought B seemed to be pursuing safety in advance to some extent, so I consulted Clinic C, but they said that because my skin has a certain thickness, even after removing Silitex, the silicone likely won't show through that much + even if it shows slightly, it would suit my face like a highlighter(?), which made me even more confused.... If anyone here has removed Silitex or has an opinion on this, please leave your thoughts in the comments
