My nose looks too artificial and too high right now, so I was looking into removal. But the director at the clinic where I had the surgery said removal is too dangerous, and that he would remove the silicone and shave down the donated costal cartilage that was used to build the columellar support a bit, making it as similar to my original nose as possible. Would it be okay to reuse the donated costal cartilage that’s already inside my nose? It’s not bent right now and I don’t have any side effects, so part of me thinks it might be okay
