After septal extension graft surgery, my airway narrowed, so they said they would remove the extended septal cartilage and reinforce it with the removed septal cartilage, or use costal cartilage if it's insufficient. This isn't full nose removal, but reconstruction, right? I wonder if there is also a risk of complications from reconstructionㅜㅜ
