Last Saturday, I had surgery with osteotomy + silicone implant for the nasal bridge (3.5 mm) + septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Maybe because I had osteotomy, the bruising goes all the way down to my chin and is no joke There’s also so much swelling around my eyes... (I had aegyo-sal filler, but it got buried in the swelling -_-;; Still, as each day passes, it’s showing again, thankfully~) My nasal bridge bones were wide, so even though I had some bridge height, it looked spread out, and the osteotomy was done to improve that. Since my lower face is longer than my upper face, I asked them to do the surgery in a way that could improve that. Seriously......the swelling is no joke
