Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Cost to remove nasal silicone and nasal tip material

It has already been 5 months since I had surgery with nasal silicone, nasal tip septal cartilage elevation, and a septal cartilage strut. I barely, barely held back my strong desire to take it out and endured these 5 months ㅠㅠ After 2 months, I went for a removal consultation, but they said my nose shape was pretty and asked why I wanted that, and told me to wait until 6 months for now, so I could not really say anything and came back. My original nose had decent nasal tip height, but it was a bit rounded and my nasal bridge was on the low side. But after surgery, with the high nasal bridge... and the nasal tip raised, the wide-looking parts gathered together, so the tip is high but became blunt-looking. Strangely, my columella came down more than before, and other people do not really notice, but it is something only I can clearly feel... it bothers me so much. Especially when I take photos, it stands out so much ㅠㅠ It is really hard. Having to live my whole life with the label that I had plastic surgery, and the hard nasal tip + foreign-body sensation... Yesterday I asked the hospital again about removal, and the consultation manager said she would talk with the director and call me back. I just got the call, and they said it is not that there is a problem with my nose, but a subjective issue, and because it would also be a complete removal up to the nasal tip cartilage, there would be a fee, and I should expect about 1 million won. Is removal this expensive at the place where you had it done? I feel so depressed I could go crazy ㅠㅠㅠ They say that if I remove it, it will become lower than my pre-op nose... For those who had even the septal cartilage completely removed... how did the shape change? ㅠㅠ Please help me ㅠㅠ sigh
