It’s been a month since I had everything removed, and now only the nasal cartilage binding remains. But I think my nose looks pinched (bulbous nose). This is pinched, right?? It’s not scar tissue, right?? (The photo where the pinched look shows the most.. depending on the angle or lighting, it can look a little less pinched.) When I look in a bright place (bathroom lighting), my nose looks U-shaped... and I can see vertical lines on both sides of the nose. It looks deeply indented and dark, like it’s shadowed. If the swelling goes down, does the pinched look get worse?? I think the cartilage was bound too tightly... even if I undo this, it won’t go back, right?? I heard the bound area becomes adherent... Will it get a little better over time?? These days I live looking only at other people’s noses. The mental stress is no joke. Sigh... What should I do about this pinched nose?? Please help me....
