Filler after rhinoplasty.. or removing only the silicone

Hello It's been over a year since I had rhinoplasty.. Costal cartilage + 3 mm silicone.. But recently, the silicone has become really obvious, and I can feel it at the point where the silicone ends toward the nasal tip -_-... When I went to the clinic, they said it was because my skin is thin.. and kind of said that it seems like the nasal tip has drooped.. As a temporary measure, they inject filler only into the sunken area..,, and if that doesn't work, they said I would need surgery to lift the nasal tip..? Then it has to be open surgery, right..? Sigh.. ㅠㅠㅠ I work full-time, so I can't do that.. It's not like I can keep getting filler forever,, and there also seems to be a risk of inflammation, so I'm really very worried.. So.. while getting touch-ups with filler.. I'm thinking of removing only the silicone around winter...(leaving the nasal tip as is,.. I do think there is some drooping, but it's still higher than before, so I'm just going to be satisfied with it ㅠㅠ..) It is possible to remove silicone through a closed approach, right? Has anyone, like me, had filler because the silicone showed through,, or had it removed because of that??
