Day 40 after nasal implant removal. Please help me..

Hello. I'm Big Apple, who once posted in tears on day 26 because my nose shape was changing so strangely... As of today (Monday), it has been exactly 40 days since removal. For over a month, I've been diligently doing warm compresses, massaging, taking Rizaben, and taking vitamins, but as many people told me... my nose still looks swollen, as if it has gotten bigger, and the nasal tip seems a bit pulled upward.. (Not quite Zhu Bajie, but a pig-nose shape... When the splint was first removed and the stitches were taken out, I really looked like Zhu Bajie...) So these days I always wear a hat for shade and walk with my head down. I'm afraid my pig nose will show.... I'm doing my best to take care of it and hoping for good results, but... looking at my nose that seems to be getting stranger and stranger, I now truly understand why people call this the 'start of hell' (Of course, there are people who are not as severe as I am, so I hope those people don't get too scared....). I want to cry several times a day, and whenever I get the chance, I actually do.... But thinking that just crying won't solve this situation, I'm pulling myself together again and came here to ask everyone.. Right now, my two biggest problems are these... (I'll number them to make it easier to read.) 1. I can massage normally, but after I massage hard (about 20-30 minutes).. meaning I loosen it with my finger joints and pull the columella downward pretty strongly, then after doing something else (after 30 minutes to over an hour has passed), if I absentmindedly grab my nose, it hurts. (I think it's probably because of the scar tissue that formed inside the nose, but I don't think I've ever read a post saying it hurts, and it hurts enough that I flinch a little..) In this case, should I still keep massaging it.... I'm so worried whether this is normal, whether something went wrong and only I have pain, or whether it's just temporarily sore because I massaged too hard (or too strongly). I really ask those who had removal before me to please answer why on earth it hurts, and whether pain is normal. 2. After 5 years and 6 months from my rhinoplasty, I had my 4 mm silicone implant, ear cartilage at the nasal tip, and nasal tip cartilage tying all removed. The reason I had removal surgery was because a capsule had formed due to the silicone. In other words, because of the capsule (there was no inflammation..), I developed contracture where the nasal tip was pulled upward like a pig nose, so I had it removed... So in my case, it is a bit different from the general pattern of other people who say, 'Although after one month the nasal tip developed contracture from scar tissue and was pulled upward like a pig nose, immediately after removal it was just a bit swollen and the nose looked similar to my original nose shape.' To summarize, I had it removed because 'a foreign-body reaction to the silicone caused capsule formation, making the nose volume larger and gradually causing contracture of the nasal tip,' so since removal until now, I have never once seen myself without a pig nose. Like this.. I had removal because contracture occurred from a silicone foreign-body reaction... I'm wondering whether even a case like mine can escape the pig-nose look around 6 months later if I massage diligently, even if it doesn't return to my original nose shape. I'm really.. really curious and worried.. Please, I really ask for your replies...
