Me, Who Knew Nothing About Surgery

I really thought that if you just quickly put silicone in during rhinoplasty, the nose would get higher, and the sensation would be the same as before surgery. I had never experienced abnormal sensation in my nose, so I had never even thought about the fact that the nose itself has sensation. Even during rhinoplasty consultations, I simply said, “Please make my nose like Song Hye-kyo’s,” just that one line I went to consultations at 3 places and decided... I didn’t know anyone around me who had had rhinoplasty, and at that time I didn’t know this community or any cafes. I just looked at good surgery reviews I only had hopeful thoughts that suited what I wanted. What kind of manipulation would be done... I had no interest either. Now that I’m suffering from pain, I feel like just inserting silicone alone is at least the safer surgery. Cartilage repositioning, strut, use of ear cartilage... I didn’t know back then that these could leave a big impact even after removal. I had no idea about a strut at all, but later I found out they had placed one. I’m the idiot, who can I blame? My nostril wings were on the pretty side, but my nose was low, so silicone alone would probably have been enough. I thought I just had to do whatever the doctor told me to do. Costal cartilage also seems like something that can be quite dangerous. I remember the doctor and consultant at another hospital I went to for a consultation, who easily told me to use artificial costal cartilage. I gave up because it was expensive, though. I just want to go back to before surgery. I’ve given up on the shape, but the pain and abnormal sensation are so hard. An ordinary daily life was the greatest happiness, but I didn’t know that. It’s so hard that I’m rambling in writing.
