After removal, I tried to return my nose back again, and I even had revision surgery~ Both before and after the revision surgery, if it feels a little hot, my nose swells, and if it is cold, my nostrils lift upward.. Why could that be?? Could it be because the alar cartilage was touched during the first surgery?? Is there anyone like me?? I went outside and came back.
