A long time ago, I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. It originally showed a little, but I was scared of revision surgery, so I just lived with it. These days, maybe because I’ve lost a lot of weight, the nasal tip shows a lotㅜㅜ The silicone is okay thoughㅜㅜ I thought about removing everything, but I decided to remove the silicone and have osteotomy because my original nasal bones are very wide. I’m happy about removing the silicone, but I’m scared of the osteotomy. But because of the wide bones, I didn’t get much frontal-view effect even after surgery, so I hope osteotomy will make it look a little slimmer. I have three kids now, and I’m doing this. My third child is still youngㅜㅜ Thinking about getting nose surgery has me extremely worried. I heard that after osteotomy, they also put cotton inside the nose. Is it manageable even with the cotton in? Does osteotomy hurt a lot? I have to take care of my kids after surgery too, so I’m worried about what to do.
