<After revision><After revision><Front view before revision><Side view before revision>When I was 20, I trusted the hospital director with my first nose surgery, and they raised my nasal bridge high and put in about a 4-5 mm silicone implant, you know? Back then, until about 5 months in, because of the residual swelling, I thought the nasal tip had turned out round and pretty,, but as time passed, the tip became too pointy and the columella also dropped sharply, so it became a nose that didn’t suit my facial image at all, and it felt like it made me look masculine + olderㅠㅠ Since the silicone started from between my eyebrows, I honestly looked kind of like an Avatar too… I didn’t think about revision surgery then and just lived pretending not to notice But last year, after getting facial contouring done, I realized my nose really looked so bad and didn’t suit me, so I ended up getting nose revision tooㅋㅋㅋㅋ It’s been 11 months since my revision now, and to start with the conclusion, I’m satisfied! Since it was a revision, I went to consultations at 5 places, and unlike the first surgery, I narrowed them down focusing on the image I wanted (my desired look) + nose line, and during consultations I told the director all the parts I was worried about (wide nasal bridge from the front, high glabella area, too straight-looking and long nose) The place where I had my revision now was the only one that said they would do osteotomy, put the silicone in a bit lower, and make the columella rounded for a younger-looking feeling or something… (I don’t rememberㅎ) Anyway, that place seemed closest to the nose shape I wanted, so I decided on it, and so far it’s maintained well without side effects like the nasal tip drooping or the nose becoming crooked!! I don’t think I’ll need another revision,,ㅎㅋㅋㅋ When I compare it with the before photos, I’m really satisfied because it seems to have turned out refined and pretty without feeling awkward, and since it also goes well with my current facial contour, people around me have been reacting well too♡ This might be presumptuous to say, but if you’re wondering what to do with your nose, I recommend looking into what kind of nose suits your own image and what kind of nose line different materials createㅠㅠ I was so clueless at 20ㅠ…
l**** So pretty. Can you tell me the director’s info??
하파오 Wow, it’s pretty. Congrats!! Where did you get the revision done??
cokk Wow, seriously, by my standards it’s so naturally pretty. Could I possibly know where you got it done?
존잘되자 It went from 11 to )( . That’s what makes it look natural.
카와윙 [@Let’s become handsome] I know…ㅋㅌㅌㅋㅋ
존잘되자 [@Kawawing] You were pretty before too, but in a way it must have been a big decision, and you probably had fear of failure too. I’m glad you got a result you can be satisfied with! Now let’s live taking good care of it without worrying about your nose. I’ll take some of that good energy too.
고민슈 It’s super natural and so pretty.. I’m jealous.
카와윙 [@Gominshu] Thank you…ㅠㅠ I’m relieved that I’m satisfied with my revision too,,
타미토레타 Wow, where did you get it done, and which director? The silicone doesn’t look that obvious either, and it’s prettyㅜㅜ
Min김 Could I know the hospital and director too? It’s so prettyyy
Usine The three-dimensionality definitely seems to come alive much more. Chu-keu chu-keu
카와윙 [@Usine] Thank you♥ I’m relieved I like the revision,, sob
에겐뇨 It turned out really pretty!! If you do nasal osteotomy, does it also have the effect of narrowing the glabella area?
카와윙 [@에겐뇨] They say it has the effect of correcting a wide nasal bridge when seen from the front! I guess, anyway,,
우우어 My nasal bridge also ended up high and I look kind of masculine, so I want to make it lower. Is osteotomy essential if I want to lower the nasal bridge?? I told them to make it lower, but I’m 2 weeks in now and the bridge is totally high ㅠㅠ
우후키 Could you give me the info too?

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 How is ㅊㅁ??
It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
