A friend from work told me not to decide on the material in advance and that after going to the hospital and getting examined, the director would recommend what material to use, so don’t waste time choosing materials and look into more hospitals instead. But I’ve already roughly picked hospitals like Gongㄱ, Topㅋㄹㅅ, Haㄴㅂ, Baㄴㄴ, so wouldn’t it be okay to look into other things a bit more before going? It’s not like I know nothing like I did for my first surgery and am saying I want to use some random material. I’m getting revision surgery because my nasal tip is drooping, so I think I’ll need to use rib cartilage again this time too, and I feel like I should be able to say I want to have surgery with autologous costal cartilage instead of donated costal cartilage. Everyone, for your revision surgeries, did you all choose between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage according to the director’s recommendation?
