It’s already been 10 years since my revision rhinoplasty.. First of all, I wondered if the nose I had operated on with silicone before had developed inflammation. The shape was changing, and it seemed like there was a smell coming from my nose, so since I had left my job, I decided to go ahead with revision surgery. I had no plan to have surgery using autologous dermis. Maybe after the doctor opened my nose and saw that the inflammation and adhesions were severe, he thought it would be better to do the revision using dermis rather than silicone. The surgery was already finished that way.... lol Still, fortunately, the shape turned out pretty, and it went well without any side effects. What’s disappointing is that, because it’s dermis, my nose did become much lower, but I never want to touch my nose again... These days, while looking into various things, I tried to find the doctor who did my surgery, but it seems he is no longer at the original clinic, which is disappointing...
