Hello ! After getting my first rhinoplasty and several years had passed, I had revision surgery with autologous dermis because of issues like the silicone showing through, a crooked nasal bridge, etc. .. and now it has been over 1 year since then Does autologous dermis maintain well? Is the shape pretty? If there are people wondering about this, I think my review may be helpful ! In the early period after autologous dermis surgery, they raise it a lot considering that some of it will be absorbed, so people sometimes use the expression Avatar(?) For me too, during the first 1~2 months, because my nose was so high, I worried so much, thinking Is this really going to absorb..? Is this my final shape..? But as expected, time is the answer with dermis..! From 3 months, it gradually started settling into place little by little and absorbing, and I think there were changes up until 6 months From 6 months until now, a little over 1 year later, the shape has been maintaining well just the same ! My original natural nasal bridge was very low .. I had my nasal bridge and nasal tip all done only with dermis ! I’m so satisfied that I’m writing this review If you’re curious about hospital information or anything else, please leave a comment ! During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
