I had surgery for hump reduction, bulbous nose, and nasal tip using septal cartilage It’s day 13 after surgery and my nose seems to have gotten way too long.. Before surgery, I said it would be good if the columella protruded a bit, but they didn’t tell me that adding to the columella would make the nose longer, so I went ahead with it I’m so upset because it looks like a witch nose / Bing Bong. The hospital says it’s swelling, but could it be swelling? When I smile, the nasal tip drops, so it looks even more witch-like. My midface wasn’t on the long side, but I became Bing Bong, so I’m so sad.. To get AS I have to wait several months.. I’m really going crazy. If the swelling goes down, will the nose length get a bit shorter? Or is revision surgery definitely the only option
