I had surgery with the head director 3 years ago, and my nasal tip looked deviated right after surgery, so I eventually had revision surgery… The consultant was very unfriendly and had a very strong attitude of trying to lecture me..? The director was also so busy that the amount of time you could see them before and after surgery was different. It felt like I wasn't receiving proper care.
