If it’s like this, does it count as my third surgery/revision? After my first surgery, I had my implant removed because of inflammation, and maybe because I removed it after some time had passed, it didn’t go back perfectly to my preoperative nose. I don’t think I can live like this, so I’m planning to get revision surgery. Then does that count as a re-revision? I used silicone the first time, so this time I’m definitely going to use autologous costal cartilage, and I haven’t started looking into clinics yet. I just looked up some reviews, and there seem to be lots of high-end nose revision reviews using autologous costal cartilage. How is this place? What’s the price range like..? Since it’s a re-revision, I asked people around me and they told me to expect at least 10 million won comfortably, so I’m taking that into account. It already had inflammation, so I think the nose will be even more difficult... For people who, like me, removed an implant because of inflammation and then had revision surgery again, please tell me whether it turned out well now, where you had it done, how much it cost, and which revision number it counted as.. Are there any other communities for people looking into revision surgery ㅠㅠ I only found out about this place because a friend recommended it

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
