Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Legendary autologous costal cartilage case

I had primary surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but my nose turned into a koala nose. The hospital says they’ll do a revision by adding ear cartilage through a closed approach, but when I touch the nasal tip, it feels firm and hard, so there isn’t much extra space inside. Would it be better to go to another hospital and have the cartilage length trimmed through an open approach? Or should I have the current hospital add ear cartilage through a closed approach... I’m worried the effect might be minimal too.
