This was already my third nose surgery,, For my first surgery, I had used L-shaped silicone when I was 20, but when I turned 25, the silicone started protruding from one side of my nostril, so for about 2 years I went around to consultations, then had my second revision surgery through an acquaintance’s recommendation. When they first removed the splint and took out the cotton, it was seriously so badly deviated to one side.. The clinic said it was swelling, and if it bothered me too much, they told me to have silicone custom-made for one nostril, put it in the nostril, and try living like that for about a month, so I did, but what in the world.. because my nose was so severely crooked, the nasal tip sank down like a witch nose, and since it was a revision surgery, I had asked them to correct my bulbous nose too, but it was not corrected, and 5 years passed like that. Thinking this would be my last surgery, I went like crazy to consultations only on my days off.. At some clinics, they said it was a difficult nose, just live with it, use autologous costal cartilage, and kept talking in ways that were different from the image I was pursuing, and the surgical methods were so different too, so just as I was about to give up, two younger acquaintances I know had exactly the nose shape I wanted. I had tried to avoid clinics recommended by acquaintances if possible, but I thought, let’s just go for one consultation! and went, and the director had a great career, and even without me having to explain this and that, it matched exactly with the aesthetic I wanted. More than anything, every~~~ single staff member was kind, and I could see that they were treating patients conscientiously. And now it has been 37 days since I had nasal osteotomy, alar reduction, and deviated nose correction, and even though I’m in my 30s now, I’ve hit a new peak in my looks. I hope everyone succeeds with their revision rhinoplastyㅠㅠ (For reference, I’m not a staff member working at the clinic, just an ordinary person who wants to become prettier, in case anyone suspects this is an ad post❤️)
