Three years ago, I had ear cartilage placed in my nasal tip, but the cartilage show-through and protruding cartilage have become too severe.. But since there’s no guarantee there won’t be side effects even if I have revision surgery, I’m thinking maybe I should just remove it entirely. Before surgery, I had a very bulbous nose, and I also had nostril reduction and silicone on the nasal bridge done together. Because my bulbous nose was so severe, I’m also scared of going back to how it was before removing the ear cartilage lololol. So I’m thinking of just trying nasal tip suturing with no implant, but are there cases like this? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
