For my revision rhinoplasty, I said I didn’t want to raise it a lot and asked for it to be done naturally without an implant, but they told me to use costal cartilage for both the nasal tip and the nasal bridge, so I did it without knowing anything. But the nasal tip is too high, and the nasal bridge is completely crooked and protruding (I think the columella has come down too much too ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ). The hospital said they would redo only the nasal bridge after 6 months, but I’m worried that if I do it again, it’ll swell more and scar tissue will be worse ㅠㅠ? How long will recovery take ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
