I’m currently going around for consultations because of removal, and I’ve been to two of the top three. Is there anyone here who is at least 2 years post-op? Even if I have to give up nasal height, I want to live safely. Honestly, even now, after rhinoplasty, I’ve just been getting by, but since early contracture is suspected, I’m looking for a hospital that does removal safely and conservatively and pays careful attention to the columellar scar and does meticulous work, but it’s difficult.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
