I didn’t use rib cartilage for my first surgery, but it’s okay to use autologous costal cartilage right away for revision, isn’t it? For now... I’ll have to get the consultation first, but...? There’s also the issue that my bulbous nose correction wasn’t done properly, and even though my side profile used to be okay, now my nasal tip has dropped slightly, so my side profile is also ridiculously ugly ㅜ even uglier ㅜ

메시34 These days, autologous costal cartilage is used a lot even for first surgeries~ I didn’t just choose it for no reason; my septal cartilage wasn’t enough, so Louvre recommended rib cartilage, and I didn’t want to feel uneasy about using donated rib cartilage, so I went with autologous costal cartilage~~!

I haven’t booked yet, but I’ve looked at reviews for The Door too, and I’m looking into places that handle autologous costal cartilage well, like Made Young. From the reviews, autologous costal cartilage is used a lot even for first surgeries, so I think it should be okay.
