I’m looking into revision surgery, and even now I have no silicone, only septal cartilage was used, so if I have revision surgery, I’ll probably use autologous costal cartilage.. My nasal bridge is on the higher side, so I want to avoid silicone and make it as natural as possible.. They say silicone is safe(?) and you can just remove it, but I’m scared of contracture ㅠㅠ Nam Seoyeon’s nose is my goal look

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
