I had 1 mm nasal dorsum silicone, septal cartilage at the nasal tip, and the columellar strut removed. The doctor said he would remove everything, but seeing people here mention something called cartilage tying, would he have removed that too?? It's day 5, I had a hump nose The hump was rasped down Currently after removal there is a height difference between the nasal bridge and nasal tip Is it because of swelling? Could it be because too much of the hump was rasped down? Originally, after rasping the hump if the implant is removed, does a height difference occur?
