I had septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone done I want to ask them to remove everything completely but I'm so scared of the resultㅠ Can they put it back where the septal cartilage was harvested?ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
