Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Before deciding on septal extension removal....

Today marks exactly 2 years and 8 months.   Today I went to the hospital where I had surgery to consult about removing the septal cartilage.

I went and came back.

I asked various questions.

First, whether the septal cartilage had been completely removed.

The answer was that not all of it was removed, but the inner part of the septal cartilage was taken out.

They said 10 mm was left, so a support structure is formed.

The nasal tip is being supported with septal cartilage,

and the doctor said that if I remove it, it can be easily removed with a closed approach in 30 minutes,

but contracture could occur,

and since I spent money to have it done, wouldn’t they feel a little upset that I’m trying to remove even the septal cartilage?

That’s what they said.

I wasn’t planning to set the removal date today right away,

so I decided to talk it over and decide.

Since I already removed the silicone a year ago anyway,

my nasal bridge has also become lower, and only the nasal tip remains,

so I’m just going to return to being natural.
