After reading a lot of other reviews, I chose to have surgery with Dr. Ham because he has strong experience, many revision outcomes, and I liked that he does not aim for an overly showy look but for natural beauty. Before surgery, during consultation, he recommended the nose procedure that was needed for me and did not suggest silicone. He said it seemed I could get a good result even with no implant, so I proceeded with implant-free rhinoplasty: dorsal correction + tip correction + septal deviation correction + foreign-body removal. I was worried, so we had two consultations in total. In the end, I decided to proceed because I trusted Dr. Ham's surgical method. Right after surgery, the tip was too lifted and felt like an upturned nose, but by around the 2nd week it started to look natural. The staff nurse kindly explained that this was due to overcorrection and that it would settle down after 1∼3 months, which calmed me down. I had absolutely no pain. There was only slight discomfort, such as runny nose and nasal congestion ㅜㅜ, and it improved with time. As for results, I am satisfied with both the procedure and the outcome. The nasal dorsum and tip line turned out very nicely. But swelling has not gone down yet, and since there is still overcorrection, I think I should keep observing it for longer.
