I had surgery now and I really like the shape, but because of trauma from my first surgery, I'm still managing it carefully and watching it for now.. Overall, I think the director is good mainly at natural and slightly glamorous noses! I’d say the director is definitely trendy. I raised the bridge a bit and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip in my revision surgery! My friends all praised it and said it turned out well.
