I went for a consultation because the nose shape and the kind of aesthetic style they pursue seemed to match exactly what I wanted. The hospital seriously feels like one whole company, and inside, the waiting floor, surgery floor, and aftercare floor are all separated. From a patient's perspective, that looked good, though I haven't experienced it yet so I don't know. I showed the director a photo of Freesia's nose and said I wanted it to be high and definitely have presence like this, but the nasal tip absolutely had to come out rounded, and there absolutely had to be a columella, and they must not cut away the columella. The director said the columella is so important, why would anyone cut it away, so it felt like our thinking matched. I heard other hospitals these days usually start at 5 million won for a primary surgery if costal cartilage is used, but maybe because I went into the consultations budgeting 5 million won, the price came out cheaper than I expected. They did not pressure me for a deposit. I said I would look around at other places more and come back.
