After three surgeries, I felt I couldn't keep doing this anymore, for the sake of my nose and myself, so I'm planning to remove it now.

My nose is long too (like the person in the banner ad next to Jewelry Plastic Surgery)
The middle part of my face,, commonly called the midface, right?? That area is on the long side. I also have a lot of flesh on my nose.
On top of that, my alar area is higher than my nasal tip, meaning it looks upturned when viewed from the front.
Could a nose shape like mine possibly become even more upturned than before after removal surgery??
If anyone with a long nose like mine, or whose nose was already slightly upturned, has had removal, please don't just pass by.
