I had only the silicone removed through a closed approach, with no inflammation. My nose is turning upward ㅠ Sigh..... will this lifted nose come back down? I'm on day 40.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
