I’m torn between removing everything after having my nose done 3 times, or lengthening it with ear cartilage. . I have a short nose, but all 3 times I didn’t get lengthening and just had regular rhinoplasty, which is why I ended up having it done 3 times. The silicone line was the only difference, and I went through the same result every time. . Now I feel like I’ve finally figured out my nose, and instead of trusting doctors, I think I may be able to solve my own issue. . Should I remove everything and live with peace of mind. . But I’m worried whether the upturned nose will become even more upturned. . Or should I try one more time and reattempt nasal tip lengthening with ear cartilage? I’m so tornㅠㅜ Even if I try again, I wonder whether I’ll really be able to live well for the rest of my life, and since a short nose would be pulled downward, I also wonder whether it can withstand the tension. . Is there anyone who had lengthening for a short nose and then had it removed? I’d really appreciate your valuable replies
