Septal cartilage removal and saddle nose... Is cartilage repositioning absolutely necessary?

Two years ago, I had a slight hump on the left side that I could feel when touching it shaved down, and had my nasal bridge and nasal tip raised with 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage. I don’t think it suits me, so I’m planning to have it removed. It makes me look older, my nasal tip has drooped, and my columella has come down. The nasal bridge is also too high... When removing it, does everyone also get nasal tip correction (cartilage repositioning)? I’m anxious because I heard that if the septal cartilage is removed, the nose can spread out or become a saddle nose! I’m stressed and depressed in so many ways after getting nose surgery for no reason. I wonder if repositioning is really necessary and whether I can go back to my old nose.... I had a consultation at Homme ㅇㅍㅁ! I’m planning to go for consultations at other places too. If anyone has had removal done or is planning removal, let’s share hospitals and everything together~
