During my first surgery, I had surgery with ear cartilage - the nasal tip collapsed, so I had revision surgery. For the revision surgery, donor costal cartilage and septal cartilage were used. I have symptoms of silicone inflammation on the nasal bridge, and I feel uneasy about the nasal bridge, so I’m thinking of removing it and doing revision surgery without an implant. I’m curious whether it would be okay to remove the silicone beforehand, and whether septal cartilage is also used a lot during a second revision. The hospital is ㅇㅇ ㅇㅇㅇ. Looking at reviews, there seemed to be differences in surgical methods between revision surgery hospitals, so since it would be a second revision, I’m curious to hear from people with experience. Is it okay to use septal cartilage twice? Was it okay to remove the silicone beforehand? This
