I booked a consultation on a friend’s recommendation and visited. I made consultation appointments with two directors according to the areas I was concerned about at the time. I think there may have been surgery going on, and although the wait was quite long, I didn’t run into any other waiting clients or patients until I left. Because of this, I thought it probably wasn’t a factory-style place and that it wasn’t a place that many people visit. Both directors were kind and seemed like they were trying to perform surgery according to the patient’s needs. On the other hand, I felt less professionalism, which was disappointing, so I didn’t go through with surgery.
