First of all, even though I had made a reservation and went, I waited for a whole hour. They told me to go upstairs, so I thought they were going to see me right away, but that wasn’t it either; they just put me in a consultation room and made me wait another 30 minutes. Then I finally met Director Yoon, and the director did seem skilled. My nose is difficult, but he immediately identified all the problems. He was also fairly kind. I liked the director, but the staff attitude was not good. Also, they didn’t take a CT scan.
