The consultant spoke as if it was only natural that I had to wait because I wanted a consultation with the famous representative director. I got stubborn and waited They clearly said that after the director finished surgery, I would be first in line for consultation, but the surgery kept getting delayed, causing the wait time But while waiting in the consultation room, I briefly went to the restroom and saw the director entering another consultation room. There was another patient in the room And right before the director came into my consultation room, even though the consultant said, “He just finished surgery and came out,” when the director entered, there was a strong perfume smell, and even when I was getting a nose consultation and was close to him, there was no smell of disinfectant at all, to the point that I couldn’t think he had just come out of surgery When I became completely convinced in person of the reputation I had only seen online, my trust dropped vertically The director was kind, but compared with the waiting time, the consultation was really short and perfunctory When I asked whether preventing family members from watching the surgery through CCTV was adding weight to the fact of ghost/substitute surgery, he just smiled A disappointing visit experience
